Cairo & Giza: 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and official holidays).

Other Governorates (including Alexandria): 4-7 business days.

Please note: delivery times may be longer during sales, holidays, or peak seasons.

Shipping Fees

• Free Shipping in Cairo, Giza & Alexandria
• 100 EGP Delivery for Other Governorates

This offer applies to all orders with no minimum purchase required.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Use this number to follow your package in real time.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours and provide clear photos.

If your order is marked as delivered but not received, kindly check with neighbors or your local courier first.

For lost packages, reach out to us and we will assist you promptly.
