BARIQ Refund & Exchange Policy
At BARIQ, we want you to feel confident when ordering your eyewear. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.
Our goal is to make the process simple while ensuring every return is handled fairly.
Return & Exchange Period:
Requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order.
Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:
To qualify for a refund or exchange:
• The glasses must be unused and in original condition
• The case, cleaning cloth, and packaging must be included
• The item must not have scratches or signs of use
• A proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required
BARIQ reserves the right to inspect returned items before approving refunds or exchanges.
Exchanges:
We encourage exchanges if you’d like a different style or color.
• Exchange requests are available within 3 days of delivery
• Exchanges are subject to product availability
• Customers are responsible for courier fees required for pickup and redelivery
Our team will help you choose the best alternative available.
Refunds
If you prefer a refund:
• The item will first be collected and inspected
• Once approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
For orders where free shipping was offered (Cairo, Giza, and Alexandria), the courier delivery cost will still be deducted from the refunded amount since the shipping service has already been used.
For orders delivered to other governorates where a delivery fee was paid, courier pickup fees may still apply.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.
If confirmed, BARIQ will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
